Kathleen strives to offer the best service and training to her clients. She values your time and commitment, and asks that you do the same for her. If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson or training appointment, please give her at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full lesson fee, as Kathleen will lose the opportunity to serve other clients who could have booked your slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
